Policies at Proformance Pilates

All classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours in advance in order to retain the session for future use. Any cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled class time will lose the session.


All Private Training sessions, including Duets and Trios, must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to retain the session for future use. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will lose the session.

Same-Day Rescheduling
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled class, they may reschedule their session to another class time on the same day at no penalty. Limit one same-day courtesy reschedule per client per day. Please contact the studio or notify your instructor if you are rescheduling from a different same-day class time. 

Classes start promptly at their scheduled time. If you are 5 or more minutes late to your scheduled class, your space may be given away to a waiting drop-in client. To avoid losing your space, please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time.

Refunds may be granted within 5 business days of the original purchase date. Beyond 5 business days of the original purchase date, all sales are final. Exceptions to this are clients who move more than 25 miles away from our studio, or who have a severe medical condition and a doctor’s note stating they are unable to do Pilates.


Purchases may be exchanged for other services or transferred to other clients.

All sessions purchased individually or in a package expire 12 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Memberships are allowed one courtesy vacation hold per calendar year. Any subsequent vacation holds within the same calendar year are subject to a $15 fee. Holds must be a minimum of 7 days.


Clients may suspend their membership at no charge for medical reasons with a doctor’s note. The doctor’s note must be presented before the membership is placed on hold. A second doctor's note may be required for clearance to return to exercise and reinstate client's membership back to active status.


Clients with a family emergency may also suspend their membership at no charge.

No retroactive holds are permitted.



Our studio does not provide any childcare. Children under the age of 16 years old may not be left unsupervised in the lobby and may not accompany their parent/guardian into class.
