Reformer 1.0

This class is ideal for new and beginner level Pilates clients on the reformer. The class flows at a slower pace and focuses on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates techniques and basic reformer exercises. Max capacity is 9 participants.

All Levels Pilates Reformer

This is our standard Pilates reformer class, which features the basic Pilates exercises plus their progressions, as well as intermediate exercises. This class flows at a moderate pace, and instructors may offer progressions or modifications on an individual basis, if needed.

Max capacity is 9 participants.

Intermediate Class

This class features Intermediate level exercise progressions on the reformer. Class speed will vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructors discretion. It is strongly recommended that clients have taken a minimum of 20 all level reformer classes. Should be able to plank and bridge.

Max capacity is 9 participants.

Advanced Pilates Reformer

This class features intermediate and advanced level exercise progressions on the reformer. Class speed may vary from moderate to faster paced at the instructor’s discretion.

Should be able to maintain plank for minimum 30 sec and be able to perform bridging.

Max capacity is 9 participants.  
 

IMPORTANT: It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that clients have taken a minimum of 40 all levels or intermediate reformer classes, or received instructor clearance prior to enrolling in an Advanced Pilates Reformer class. Clients with any physical limitations or injuries must be conscious of and comfortable with their own appropriate modifications.

Cardio Interval Reformer (Int/Adv)

This class blends the best of cardio and strength training. It's a combination of reformer and jump board movements. The heart rate will elevate compared to a reformer only class. Some core strengthening exercises on the mat can be added to the class as well.

Max capacity is 9 participants. 

Pilates Mat

This is an all levels Pilates class performed on the mat. Clients will be taken through a series of Pilates mat exercises that explore various body positions, planes of motion, & joint movements. The class may use Pilates props (ie, Foam Roller, Pilates Circle, TheraBands, etc.) for some exercises at the instructor’s discretion. Max capacity is 10 participants.

Spin

This all levels class features 55 minutes of pure indoor cycling on the Keiser M3 Plus Spin bike. The instructor guides participants through a journey with varying pedal speeds, resistance levels, and sitting/standing positions on the bike to create and sustain an elevated heart rate. Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace and ability level.

Max capacity is 9 participants.

 

NOTE: Athletic shoes are required. Clip-in shoes optional.

Off the Saddle Spin

A Spin Class with a style taught standing and riding to the beat of the music, blending intervals of sprints, jogs, and climbs to target the backside of the body (hamstrings, glutes) and sculpt the front (quad) muscles. A class anyone is sure to love!

Riders are, of course, free to sit at any time. 

Max capacity is 9 participants. 

Spin/TRX Combo

This all levels class begins with 30 minutes of indoor cycling on the Keiser M3 Plus Spin bike. The instructor guides participants through a journey with varying pedal speeds, resistance levels, and sitting/standing positions on the bike to create and sustain an elevated heart rate. 

The remaining 25 minutes are performed with the TRX Suspension Trainer. The instructor takes participants through a series of upper body and core-strengthening exercises with an emphasis on proper form, followed by a series of stretches with the TRX. 

Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace and ability level.

Max capacity is 8 participants.

NOTE: Athletic shoes are required. Clip-in shoes optional for the Spin portion of class.

TRX / Stretch

A TRX and Stretch class that incorporates TRX for about 35-45 minutes mixed in with stretching and moving, to work the Mid-range muscles from the shoulders to the hips for increasing both strength and flexibility

Foundation Training: 

Foundation Training is a low impact, highly effective workout that increases core strength, improves posture and stability, and relieves back pain. These poses will correct the poor movement habits that have led to a weak core and possibly even chronic pain.

Come retrain your body to move properly with a strong core and back!
